The term business is able to find  its way Throughout all of mankind just because it  fulfills people's necessary  and daily needs.  Without humans there is no business. So the human element is the core of business.

Business needs people as owners, managers, employees and consumers.  People need  business for the production of goods and service and the creation of jobs.  The two main reasons for business is to provide people with necessary goods And make a profit for the owner.

Core of business 

•   Owner

people who own a business as well as those who invest money in one, do so because they expect to earn a profit. A business can be  owned by An individual  or  a group of people  we call stakeholders. In the last two centuries earth has seen Industrial  and economic revelation.   their businesses and companies that are larger than even some developed countries' economies. Big companies need nomos investment ,  that's why these companies are likely to be called public companies so that anyone can invest and participate  in it. Like General Motors,  100 thousand people around the world have a share in this company.  If the company  makes a profit  every shareholder  earns something from it. On the other hand, small businesses don't need too many people to invest and run. Small businesses often run by an individual or something by our family.

• Manager

 the person responsible for operating the business may be the owner [an owner manager, also called an entrepreneur ] or professional manager employed by the owner. Both types of manager seek to achieve profit growth survival and social responsibilities [ Main objective of business] 

• Employee

 Employees Supply the skills and abilities needed to provide a product or service and to earn profit.  most employees expect to receive an  equitable wage or Salary and to be given gradually increases in the amount they are paid for the use of their skills and abilities. 

•  Consumer

 A consumer is a person or business who purchases a good or service for Personal, professional or organizational use. 

Standard of living

standard of living describes the amount of goods and services that an average family or individual views as necessary. In a simpler meaning  standard of living  means  what is the minimum requirement to lead a sound life  in an era.  The standard of living is changing day by day.  The world is upgrading every second and because of this people's Desire is also increasing. Like Every year iPhone launches a new phone in the market and people get busted buying one. All over the world every generation wants to lead a better life than their previous generation,  that's  how the standard of living is changing.
